The hotel is well established and has been operating for about 20 years. It has a built area of about 1,800 square meters in a total area of 32,000 square meters. The structure consists of three parts: The first body consists of a large restaurant of 800 square meters on two levels. On the ground floor is the 250 square meter restaurant hall. It has bright windows that open onto a large outdoor garden overlooking the sea. On the same floor there is a large equipped kitchen. There is also a bar area and toilets. A large room ideal for use as a gym and personal wellness area is located on the floor below. Outside there is a large parking area. The second building faces the swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a reception, a breakfast room, a bar and a meeting room. Four junior suites of 40 square meters each are located on the upper floor. The third body consists of 12 independent “Family Suites” of 54 to 60 square meters, with garden and private parking, all with sea view. The structure currently has a capacity of 48 beds. There is the possibility of building another 12 units of 40 square meters each. The structure is ideal for those who are looking for a place with a strong tourist and receptive development, in an unspoilt part of Sardinia that is the object of interest of national and international customers. The facility is located in the municipality of Cardedu, in the region of Ogliastra. The sea is 1.9 km from the hotel and can be easily reached from Cagliari airport or the port of Arbatax.
